We offer high-quality Ti deposition on Si 100 or 111 and wafer sizes of 2", 3", 4", or 6" and at customer specified thicknesses (between 2-100 nm). Samples are packed and shipped in wafer carriers or in gel-pack for pieces. Additionally, we can offer diced samples in predefined shapes. For custom substrates, please contact us.
