We offer custom-designed Organic Field-Effect transistors. These devices can be fabricated at client specified dimensions to sub-20 nm precision. Additionally, we offer custom design solutions regarding device dimensions, metallization layers for S/D contacts and VIAs to the substrate for back-gate biasing. Finally, we can develop OFETs using client-specified organic materials. All OFET chips are custom packaged for ease and safety of handling and transportation.
